Twice beaten, never again

After waiting for a delayed order which I paid full amount for, the order was delivered with 5 items missing. I opened the order only to find that 5 of the self stirring mugs are missing. They did not even bother to explain or give me heads up of the missing items. This is not the first time Snatcher does this, will really not bother to buy from this website ever again. I need the missing items ASAP because I paid for them. They said on their email that the order is complete yet they knew some items are missing. Very poor customer service.
