Waiting over a month for a refund on items Snatcher could not deliver. I had to prove via a bank statement that the account belongs to me. Now. Cant refund eft wont accept. Sent another account with proof of account. NOTHING.I would never ever buy or recommend this company. Pathetic. They have a confirmed written bank account but cant refund. Totally *********** staff. Pathetic management.
