Torn box delivered by Fast and Furious Couriers and Refund not paid by Snatcher

I want to express my unhappiness regarding Snatcher and Fast and Furious couriers. My order from Snatcher was missing items amounting to R436, and the couriers delivered a torn box, which could explain the missing items. On the 6th of December 2023, I took pictures of the box and the received items and was promised a refund. I keep sending emails requesting my refund, and they keep making promises of payment, and this has not happened to this day (26 January 2024). Below is the email I wrote to Snatcher.

I have not had any response regarding the email below, so please respond.

Please note that my order 331979 is missing three more items, and the tog bag I was told was out of stock. The missing items are as follows the multi-functional solar lamp x 1= R79 Vshape trainer x 1 = R119 Slimming Waist Trainer x 1 = R79 Extreme sports tog bag x1 = R159 Total amount for missing items = R436

Attached is the image of all the items received, and the box in which they were delivered was torn, as seen below. Kindly make arrangements to deliver the missing items.
