Took them almost a month do deliver, and only when i inquire it's when i get an update that some of my items are out of stock

Took them almost a month do deliver, and only when i inquire it's when i get an update that some of my items are out of stock. That is after 3 weeks of no update. If i haven't told them to cancel the items not in stock, then i would have been waiting even now. This was by far the worst service ever on online retail experience. They do not even have a direct number to chat to an agent. That alone is a red flag. I wouldn't recommend anyone to snatcher as they will definitely snatch you.
