To start writing a review about Snatcher PRESS SEND I was very disappointed in Snatcher. I ordered two different wooden desktop organizers. After 11 days I received an email to say that the one organizer is only available in black. I rep**** and said I do not want the black one and what is happening to the rest of my order to which I received another email to say my items are on their way to me. A few days went by and finally they arrived. Much to my horror they sent me the black one which I specifically told them I don't want. Then the other item was nothing like I had placed and order for. I was extremely annoyed and angry that this had happened. I wrapped everything up again and requested them to be collected. They were collected a few days later and up to date I haven't heard anything from Snatcher. Not sure I would like to order again as I feel what if this happens again 😢
