Time from order placement to receiving delivery needs to improve to get 5 stars.

Prices are great, and items are of decent quality. However, I do think that Snatcher could work on their delivery timeframes I think it would improve their overall reputation and increase turnover.. The time from order and payment to actual delivery seems to be taking longer and longer in the past month or 2. To be fair, they do say they take up to 10 working days to deliver your order. For example, I placed and paid for an order on 25/01, and will only receive it on 09/02.
