This is the first issue I had with a Snatcher order

This is the first issue I had with a Snatcher order. One item was the wrong one even though the box said it was fireflies, it was another bird solar light. The sending back process is fine and I got assistance, even though I don't like them sounding so strict as if you made a mistake or might break the product, instead of apologizing and not focussing so much on their review process to make sure I have not damaged the sent back product. I have not yet heard any feedback after sending the item back. Still waiting for the right item. Feedback on the status of the process would have made me given a better review here. Hope I receive the right item soon.
