They truly don't care about their customers.

Truly the worst service.

I purchased a phone in early December 2023 and only received it on the 2nd January 2024, just one day after that, I sent them an email stating that the phone was not as advertised. Most importantly, I have an issue with the battery and the phone not connecting to my mobile data.

to this day (20/01/2024), I have no resolve to my issue. Their customer service will only respond, 2-5 business days after your email.

They truly don't care about their customers.
