I bought an attendance machine for my business, I cannot download the required files from the device no matter what I try. After a long delay from my first email asking for help, Snatcher tells me to refer to a website to see if it will help me. When I click on the website link it takes me to a domain registration site, nothing regarding the machine I bought. I asked for a refund beginning of this week, still no reply I should have reviewed them on hellopeter first. Please avoid these *******.
