They don’t want to refund my money

This company is robbing me of my money. Purchased jars on the 5th of January, my order arrived on the 23rd of January one jar was broken 😡 and the other one wasn’t delivered. I’ve been emailing snatcher for my refund. They say it takes 7 days to process a refund now it’s March but still no refund. Don’t buy from them unless you’re donating with your money.
