They don't deliver within the 10 day time frame, if items are not in stock they don't communicate with you, when they send late items they very badly wrapped

They don't deliver within the 10 day time frame, if items are not in stock they don't communicate with you, when they send late items they very badly wrapped. Took 6 weeks in all for all items to get to me. No longer a happy customer at all.
