They did not fulfill my order and can't refund me the full amount.

Very bad experience, I ordered 2 wallpapers worth R279 each and a vacuum cleaner,for 1 I was told it was out of stock and the second one was told it was going to be delivered in 7 days, upon receiving my order it was not there ,only the vacuum cleaner was there.I escalated the query for both of them in 2 seperate emails but up to date I only got a refund for 1 only .They are changing statements now once told me I got payment for both of them, then when I ask for the proof of payment they changing to say I only bought 1.
