Their quality on appliances is very poor

Their quality on appliances is very poor. I did not receive my full order and yet I was charged for it. I ordered a 3 burner stove but got a 2 burner and was charged for a 3 burner. I ordered 20000mah power banks but received 12000mah and got charged for a 20000mah. The rest of the stuff I ordered did not arrive. I’m still waiting on my refund. I would never recommend them to anyone, save yourselves the stress and don’t order from these people.
