The worst refund process ever.

I bought A vehicle Vacuum cleaner on the 13th of May delivered on the 20th May, The Vacuum was working fine. on the 12 July 2022 tried using the Vacuum and nothing was happening sent an email to snatcher was assisted by Khairunisa Sheik, who arranged for the collection on the 15th July2022 which it was collected on the 18th July2022. on the 12 August i received an email from Khairunisa advised that they will be sending a replacement parcel, 18th August still have not received anything i sent a follow up email and received feedback on the 19th August that they are still waiting for the item from the supplier. On the 24th August received an email from Judy O'Kelly who advised that they no longer have stock and they can offer a refund or store credit, i have requested a refund till this date i have not received a refund. I was advised to wait 7 working days after 7days was advised 24 Hours and now i am told there is a backlog with refunds since the 1st of September there has been excuses. Do they want o refund me or they do not. Dorothy Maake has no answers for me at all.
