The worst online shop

So I have ordered online some two times and in which I had to wait for them even today , I ordered on the 05th /06/22 and today is to the 16th /06/22 , so it has been 12 days waiting for order ....I tried emailing them and kept on telling to wait and must of my email have been ignored ...I have used more online shops but this one is the worst one to use, they just don't respect their customers...I will advise that don't even try it out...u will playing with Ur time believe me ..
