The worst ever! Lousy service, they took back incorrect sent item and now simply won't refund.

What a horrible customer experience. To start they mislabeled a product with incorrect name, which when I asked to return they claimed one photo proved I was wrong. And that even tho product name they used was incorrect I should have seen from the one photo. Gave in, and said take your return fee if you must, and sent it back. Now over month later all I get is cut-paste replies promising about getting the refund and nothing happens. What a ****.
