The worst courier experience from an online order ever

.When the item was finally "delivered" (as in, we received notification that we had the parcel, but we did not) the run round started. We had never received any SMS or email about a pending delivery, and there was no proof of a courier even attempting to call us. I sent emails to Snatcher, called Buffalo Couriers and even ITT Couriers, who confirmed that the parcel had been returned. We then had to pay R160 for another delivery, which we did, and a week later, we are still waiting.

I must have sent at least 5 emails to Snatcher and called Buffalo couriers at least five times. I was always ensured that someone was looking into our case (no response), but I have initiated way more communication than I have received from either of the companies. The systems definitely need work.
