The worse online shopping experience ever

This is the worst online experience i have ever had. Placed a very simple order; no updates regarding delivery. Decided to cancel the order, They are only quick to tell you that there is a 15% cancellation fee. Then they promise to pay within 7 days; I am waiting for refunds since the 30th of May 2023. The customer service team is well-trained to ignore any follow-up emails, they don't even care to respond.
