The service delivery is very poor

The service delivery is very poor. I ordered my goods on the 17th June and I am still waiting. There is no telephone contact and email response is very slow. I was told on Monday it would be urgently actioned and today is Thursday and I have had no further response or delivery. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.
