The purchased items were very good

The purchased items were very good. The cell phone covers were soft to the touch and looked exactly like the photo. The tempered glass fit perfectly. I feel that their communication skills could improve. They did not let me know that the bulk of the items would come in a second delivery. The first parcel did not indicate that the rest of the order will come later. I had to send several emails to get clarity. It was frustrating.. it would have been helpful if they had sent an email or put a message on the tracking system to say there was a delay.
