The products are not what they seem!

False advertising! I ordered a wig and it was not as advertised. The afro kinky wig was advertised as having an ear-to-ear frontal closure with nice baby hair but what I received looked like a hat with a lace attached to the hem. Plus, The worst service ever! Delivery takes forever. They don't receive calls, I guess they are running away from dealing with complaints directly. Imagine waiting weeks for something that is not even close to what you were hoping for.
