The order from 23 Oct only got shipped after I reminded them

The order from 23 Oct only got shipped after I reminded them. One item was broken and one did not even arrive. The broken item was collected and is still not replaced. The replacement item for the missing one which I was asked to choice arrived and is actually a piece of junk.
