The online purchasing was not user friendly I have had to call payfast to get through to someone at Snatcher as they do not take calls. I had to drive to their office in JHB as no one was responding to my emails. I met Dorothy there who was kind. What I did not appreciate was having to place the order again and wait for a further 14 days after almost two months to have it delivered. Further disappointment was my order being incomplete and I was not told in advance that some of the items are out of stock so Snatcher owes me money. The bright side is that Snatcher has good deals however I am not sure if I will buy from them again as I had to spend a lot more than enticipated to get my incomplete order.
