The Money Snatcher --- could be ****mers

Reading everyone else's reviews, which I wish I should have done before trusting these guys, I am fuming and extremely disappointed. This business is the prime example of why people can never trust online platforms! I placed an order, to which 12 days later I followed up, since their lie [promise] is that they will deliver in 10 days, I was told that they were awaiting my order - i assume from a third party. I guess they've SNATCH'ed my funds because now after following up, email after email, I am not even getting a response from them. This is horrifying!
