The item i got is not working i tried every battery there is, i bought new ones to try still doesn't work i have rechargeable batteries and battery charger still its not working

The item i got is not working i tried every battery there is, i bought new ones to try still doesn't work i have rechargeable batteries and battery charger still its not working. I did not know im getting a broken item so when i opend it i through the box in the bin. So i dont even have the package it was in. My money down the drain
