The experience was bad as the products were in Chinese, the kettle did not come with the stove as advertised

The experience was bad as the products were in Chinese, the kettle did not come with the stove as advertised. When I enquired, they are showing me that it does not have a stove. I wanted a stove but you dont sell it, what do I do with it? When logging a return - I will be charged a 15percent handling fee🙄😥... Wow🙄
