The experience I had with snatcher was very bad after they delivered a wrong color wig they gave me tough time for them to exchange it to a correct color I want .Then I order again the same wig giving them specific instruction which color I want and I ordered another one again selecting the color I need .They delivered wrong things again and not notifying me that other things which I ordered are not on stock. Now I'm I must go all the way to the warehouse to get all this done correctly my time my petrol my energy and I don't know where the place is all this is frustration I don't need at all .I ordered online to avoid all this up an down back an forth is it fair to me as a customer treated this way.
