The customer service emailed me with regards to their inability to satisfy my order

The customer service emailed me with regards to their inability to satisfy my order. They were apologetic. I responded and I received no response for a few days. I sent them again and got no response until I sent them a message on Facebook. I was concerned because I had paid them. Within a day they called to rectify the issue. I received the order within a week. The 2 items are working. The desk still has to be set up before I can respond about it's quality.
