The client services kept on lying to me about the whereabouts of my parcel which took more than 14days to be dispatch and which was only dispatch after 123minutes R150 worth of airtime

The client services kept on lying to me about the whereabouts of my parcel which took more than 14days to be dispatch and which was only dispatch after 123minutes R150 worth of airtime. Even after I called RAM twice where they confirmed that they would only pick up the parcel on the 13th, the client services kept on saying it was already dispatch. My own courier could have picked it up and delivered it on time on Wednesday 14 February as it was meant for Valentines day. On arrival on Thursday 15 February two of the cups was also broken. With my experience I had I just decided not to send it back. A very poor service indeed
