******* that falsely advertise, fail to deliver and refuse to give my cash back

I ordered goods on the 26th of May 2023, I already know that Snatcher taker almost of not a month to deliver, but deliver they would. Then on the 20th of June, they email me to tell me that some of the things I ordered is out of stock, gove me an option to eother get my cash refund or store voucher, I opted for my cash back, gave out my banking detailed, yet to this day, I am yet to get my money back. I bought, I paid, yet they failed to deliver and still want to keep my cash. I will never ever buy from Snatcher again, they are ******* who falsely advertise and keep your money without delivering all your goods. This is not the first I have to fight for my refund
