Im happy wiith their service, i recieved my orders within 2 weeks of paying for my orders.. When inhad a query, i emailed them my concern and i was called back within 30min.. and my query was resolved .. so as far as service goes, i believe they offer good service. . Every company has some bad days where problems happen and the situation isnt communicated or handled correctly.. but snatchers goos service outweighs the few occasions where things werent handled in the best way.

Their products- good and bad.. ive been happy with all items ordered ..except for a set of paint rollers that u pour the paint into the head of the roller.. worst gimmick in the world.. the rollers broke 10 min into painting.. i notified them, but told them i dont expect a refund ir blame them..they diidnt make the product .. but i requested that they notify their supplier of that particular item as an FYI.

Yesterday i received an order, 2 x mini power banks.. 1 of which doesnt work.. it doesnt hold its charge.. the other one i dont know if it works cos i w****d it for a christmas gift for secret santa at work..so i wont know if that 1 is also faulty until the person useses it.

Other than.that, im really happy with all other itmes bought from them.. and i will continue to order from them and recommend their website to my friends and family ... .. THANK YOU SNATCHER EMPLOYEES FOR THE GOOD SERVICE, MUCH APPRECIATED!...
