Terrible turnaround times, no response to return requests

I would not recommend purchasing from Snatcher. In my experience their turnaround times are unreasonably long (Amazon takes five to seven working days to deliver while Snatcher takes ten), and don't even bother logging a return because after two weeks it still appears as "Pending". I wanted to return the items because I was under the impression that I ordered a genuine Lego product while a **** knockoff was delivered. My advice is, steer clear of them and rather order from Takealot
