TERRIBLE SNATCHER SERVICE

i bought an air fryer, waited so long for it to arrive eventually when it did, it had a foreign output that SA plug fittings do not accomadate, i requested a return and refund, they didnt want to refund me and rather insisted they will send me a plug, second week running and i still dont have the plug, i will rather pay alittle more and use takealot.much easier and safer and you will be able to return if item is not good
