Terrible snatcher online

I bought myself a coffie grinder sometime 14 August after two weeks with no communication I emailed them they apologize for not communicating.they quote they don't have the product in stock after I send an email to them regards this product which is pathetic.i ask them can I replace then the product with a different product but Abit more expensive they said yes...please note they take a day to respond and only send one email out per day that's how lazy and pathetic they are never the less they said sure it's fine I must send proof of payment I send it and the link with picture I still wait today knowingly they not going to respond to tell me its fine we will proceed and add the difference its darn difficult for them to communicate. I'm very disappointed in their poor service I recommend no one to snatcher online the are the worse ever if it was up to me rather close down to waste people time this is the 3rd week or 4th week I'm struggling with them damn pathetic as hell
