Terrible service, terrible communication, still waiting for order 17 days later

After I had a good experience with snatcher, my husband decided to order. And boy oh boy, it went from bad to terrible very quickly.

Firstly, he had to wait 8 working days for a dispatch update. When we finally called them they said "Oh, its sitting in the warehouse, I will tell them to dispatch". Gee, thanx.

Then the items finally arrived, without the main item we ordered. No communication or anything, we had to call them again to saw the whole order was not delivered. The first person promised to get back to us, never heard fron her again. Had to call again (3rd call about this order), next lady promised to get back to me, called the next day to say they were out of stock, they are sourcing a new one. She will call me the next day. Never heard from her again.

We placed this order on the 28th of May. Still without our complete order.

I honestly don't know how these people stay in business.
