Terrible service - still waiting for my products.

The website claims 7 to 10 business days for delivery. I am on day 15 now and still no products. When I call I'm told that it's an international parcel and takes 18 business days. That's not what the website says before you buy and is false advertising!!!

Even worse, I had to do the follow ups to find out what's going on.
