Terrible Service from Snatcher!!!

I am absolutely horrified with the service I have received. Did an order on 5th July, to date still not received. Order was amended after I received a partial order, I even paid for an additional item to be added to the order. I received confirmation via email this would be delivered to me by 5th Aug. It is now the 11th of August and this morning I receive an email after I follow up that my "replacement purchase" is now still awaiting being delivered to Snatcher. This is the worst service I have ever received. During this irate time, I have received 2 online orders from an overseas company and 1 from an SA company. I will definitely NOT utilise Snatcher again.
