Terrible service, DO NOT buy from these people

I paid in full on 23 October and my order still hasnt been dispatched - 21 days later. Added to that they didn't have stock of some items and I haven't been refunded and it's more than the promised 7 days. This company has no phone, so you can't speak to anyone, they just reply to emails to say they are waiting for stock. I have not idea what to do, other than to now turn to social media
