Terrible service!

I've ordered from snatcher on 22 Sept 22 and still have not received my full order. The items all showed in stock when I placed my order but after I queried a couple of times they decided to give me feedback and say it will take 2 more weeks. I still only received half of my order with one item not working and incomplete upon receival. Now they want to take it back, but stipulate on the email they're not giving me back my money or replacing the item. How on earth does that make sence??? Terrible service this time around!!!
