TERRIBLE SERVICE !!

This was one of the worst online stores I have ever purchased from. I have placed an order on the 31 October 2021, after numerous and advised that my package will be delivered before the 12th of November only to receive it by the 15th November. Secondly one of the products wasn't available and a refund had to processed, which I have been advised will be done within 7 days . Guess what we are on the 7th day, and now the feedback .. refund will happen within another 5 days.. what nonsense is that..
