Terrible service

First time buyer, last week I made a purchase and did not get confirmation that I made a purchase. When I enquired was only told it will reflect after 48 hrs, how can an instant payment reflect after 48 hours? There has been no contact from snatcher customer support. I am beyond frustrated as I have paid a lot of money and be ignored by them, it's been over 6 days with no communication. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE,THEIR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
