Terrible Service

I regret the day I stumbled upon snatcher online,their service is terrible, I bought something from them and only received confirmation that they received a payment and 2 weeks later I had to enquire what was happening and then they said that the supplier hasn't delivered to them, I had to check on the progress via Facebook Messenger because no email or phone is attended and when the product arrived was damaged and very dirty and took it back and I haven't heard anything from them until I enquired only for them to tell me that they are sending me a replacement but still no tracking number or anything... See me buy anything from them kill me... Terrible Service
