Terrible Seller Care

We have/had a seller account with Snatcher. First time when I canceled our selling subscription they kept on debiting my account so I asked to reopen the account, after a lot of struggle the opened it again. After no success of selling on Snatcher I asked them to cancel subscription again as it wouldn't allow me to do it myself on the platform. I assume they canceled it as I can not log in BUT STILL THEY ARE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT EACH MONTH. I have sent several emails and no feedback.
