Terrible refund process

Placed an order 24 May. 24 Jun, system said products were out of stock, several more mails later, I requested a refund on 28 July and supp**** my banking details. A month and several mails later, I am still waiting for my refund. They just keep promising to prioritize, but nothing is happening.
