Terrible Online Shopping Experience

Bad, terrible experience I have tried snatcher twice now and both very bad experiences to say the least.

Firstly the order came incomplete but they marked it as fulfilled. When I followed up it was like they were out of sync, I was not sure what criteria they used to mark complete. They then said they don't have stock of the item, so they don't update their product list, they will allow you to buy products they don't even have. The worst part is their didn't contact me to fix this I had to chase after them. I still do not have the R200 refund but they confirmed it was processed, this is for an order 29 September, almost 3 weeks. As if that was not enough they delivered 1 item incomplete without a remote controller, which is suppose to control the item. Shall I go on? .. I wont even mention their "speedy" delivery service.. enough said.. I
