Terrible online customer service, stay away!

Terrible online customer service, when I placed my order the item was "in stock". Now I'm told the item is "out of stock" with no estimated time of delivery. Yet they took my money first then told me afterwards.

I should have followed my instinct as to not or order from Snatcher online store. There are too many online **** companies and you don't know who to trust.

Stay away!

They don't communicate, *****ed up 2 orders in a row, am still waiting for my refund and a manger to call me, beyond shocking.
