Terrible from beginning to end

Terrible. Beginning to end. You wait very long. They communicate in bits and pieces about not being able to get certain products. After choosing new products, the order arrives with almost half of the items missing. I eventually get a credit note for the incorrect amount. Had to keep following up to get this corrected also. (If I want a refund I have to send my bank statements. Never had to do that with Takealot. So I obviously rather take the credit voucher). But when you use the voucher, it does not deduct your refund from shipping. Which means you end up paying shipping twice. Also not had that with Takealot. Very painful, won't buy again. Rather wait for Amazon SA or stick to Takealot.
