Terrible experience with Snatcher - Stay away!

First experience with Snatcher is terrible. The product I ordered was not what I received and I received zero feedback after contacting them about it.

I ordered a product after reading the full description and what was supposed to be included in my purchase. I received only one component of what was mentioned in the product description.

I will never use Snatcher again. Terrible service, incorrect product descriptions and they don't seem to care about correcting their error! So they will continue to ***** customers money!
