Terrible experience

I had a bad experience with this company.. Firstly your order takes forever to be delivered, then they deliver without other items and no communication regarding that, then some items are not working, it was just a disaster, as it is i am waiting for my refund for 2 items that I did not receive and the one that is not working, it's just a shocking experience
