Terrible customer service, they just don't care.

I recently ordered 3 items and received only 2. Had to contact them to find out it was not sent cos they are out of stock. One of the items I received was a charcoal powder and it was not even half full and when I opened it was all over my hand from the lid. To get a response out of them is impossible. This was my 3rd time ordering from them and it was the last time, their customer service is appauling.
